We accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed products in their original packaging.

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment, minus shipping costs.

Defective, Damaged, or Allergic Reactions
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you experience an allergic reaction, please contact us as soon as possible at:

For damaged items, please keep all original packaging exactly as delivered, as the shipping carrier may require inspection. Claims cannot be processed without proper documentation.

Returns with broken or tampered seals will be declined, and customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back.
Fraud Policy
Rina Beauty has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity.
If fraud is suspected, we reserve the right to take action, which may include:
